Arabella Enterprises is a branding and licensing agency, specializing in building successful lifestyle brands across many categories of merchandise. Over the past 25 years, our team has been dedicated to creating success through proven strategies and thoughtful planning. With our extensive experience and industry expertise, we build lifestyle programs that work.

The team at Arabella Enterprises has a broad spectrum of experience covering all aspects involved in the development of successful licensing programs. We have personal experience in licensing sales, contract negotiation, retail development, product development, the trademarking process, marketing, public relations and the management of extensive licensing programs.

Not only have we built multi-million dollar licensing programs from a variety of properties, whether based on a brand, a television series or children's books, but we have also developed a successful worldwide licensing program for bobbypin, a brand that started from a unique concept that we developed without benefit of major media support. Under our direction, the bobbypin program had international success, with more than 75 licensees worldwide.

We have strong working relationships with key licensees in all product categories, including consumables, publishing, apparel, sleepwear, fashion accessories, toys, game apps, bedding, home décor, tabletop and social expressions. We have personally presented licensing programs to numerous retailers including Neiman Marcus, bloomingdales, Macy's, Lord and Taylor, Target, Toys R Us, FAO Schwarz, Sears, JC Penney, Walmart and MarMaxx.

We work with our clients to create the right strategy and product introduction plan, we help develop the creative vision for the brand expansion program, disseminate the vision to all licensees, bring in the right licensees for each category and successfully manage all aspects of the program. We make it seem effortless to our clients due to our diverse licensing and brand building experience on numerous programs. Our plan is to remain small and effective so we can move with agility while we maintain a direct line of communication with each client.
